The Franchising & Licensing Asia (FLAsia) 2016 is the largest international event in Asia for Entrepreneurs, Business Opportunities & Intellectual Property Rights. Thousands of visitors were there to forge new partnerships and seal business deals, with Astreem present to interact with the business community and help individuals make informed business decisions as a franchising and industry specialist.
The team had engaged countless franchisors, franchisees, business owners and entrepreneurs over the 3 days period, providing them with a wealth of information and the right business opportunities to accelerate their business growth. Many were there not only to find the perfect franchise, but also to find out how they can build their franchise systems and capabilities. Astreem has helped countless brands develop not just locally, but overseas as well.
This year’s edition saw Astreem feature specially selected brands, from household heritage names to contemporary F&B concepts, as well as leading education brands to help aspiring entrepreneurs to meet the surging demand for quality early childhood care and development.
Education brands like The City, Gifted and Talented Education, Cambridge Pre-School, The Ballet and Music Company and Soccajoeys recognize the critical importance of educational experiences during a child’s early years, giving potential franchisees the opportunities to transform lives using a comprehensive and robust franchise system.
These education concepts have proved to be extremely popular, with parents and children embracing the notion of development through role play, sports, customized curriculum and performing arts. Together with Astreem, these education leaders are ready to reach out and meet the region’s growing demands.
As of most franchises, F&B brands are extremely popular with investors and franchisees. Some of the concepts like Proofer, Joe & Dough, Maki-San and Tenderfresh have enjoyed success with the local community and are now ready to develop in the Asia-Pacific region. These F&B brands encapsulates local flavours, concepts and international influences that resonates with consumers and Astreem is very proud to be part of their growth.
